Digital Design Lab Internships Program: Learning by doing (12 months extracurricular internship, graduate program)

IED Istituto Europeo di Design, is a International Design Network, a university dedicated to design training, with establishments in Milan, Rome, Turin, Madrid, Barcelona, São Paulo, Venice, Florence, Cagliari, Como.

Digital Design Lab is the digital and web environment research laboratory at IED Madrid. We create digital products for the IED group and for external companies and institutions.

About our Internships

Our internship program is a 6 to 12 month work experience designed for learning by doing in a project based environment, aimed at graduate students of Computer Science and Digital Designers; specifically in visual and interaction design and back-end and front-end developers. Our small project team approach allows interns to obtain hands-on experience led by our Product Design Lead.

Interns will be exposed to a wide variety of tasks over the lifetime of a project that are not just related to their design field. Developers and designer interns will also support the larger design team by being involved on projects in tangible ways. This may include providing strategic and creative input to in-progress projects, participating in brainstorming and concept creation sessions and fulfilling specific project-related design deliverables.
