Koln Studio is a graphic design and visual communication studio founded in Madrid by Daniel Fuente and Pablo Mariné. Since its creation in 2014, it has carried out its work in different areas - campaigns, visual identity, printed publications, web design, web development and digital design - with the aim of achieving innovative solutions adapted to the needs of each project.
Its visual language, based on the fusion of styles and the re-reading of classic and avant-garde design, offers recognisable signs of identity: conceptual solidity, transgressive use of typography and experimental spirit. Its clients are companies (HBO Spain, Estrella Galicia, Movistar +, ABSOLUT, ) and institutions (Madrid City Council, Barcelona City Council, Matadero, World Pride, Ministry of the Interior, La Caixa Foundation).
However, Koln Studio's work is not limited to these commissions. Since the start of its journey, it has explored paths of collaborative and self-produced creation, breaking into the artistic and contemporary scene through experimental projects. The most important of these are Retina, a pop-up curatorial platform, and Aquellos que esperan [Those who wait], a multidisciplinary proposal that approaches the identity processes of the peripheries of Madrid and Paris through the language of photography, documentation, design and spatial intervention.
