    The One-Year Course in Graphic and Digital Design explores the student's creative potential with the aim of developing conceptual and technical skills that allow independent generation of the graphic communication necessary to develop their project or business idea.

    A key part of the programme is the development of a cross-cutting project that brings together all the knowledge acquired over the course. In addition, students will explore the possibilities of web creation and other digital applications as an engine for expanding a project or business idea, based on a design that is easy to use and accessible to the whole public.


    The main objective of the One Year Course in Graphic and Digital Design is to provide students with the theoretical, technological, practical and project tools necessary to start in the field of Graphic Design:

    • Acquire the theoretical and practical knowledge necessary for generating graphic communication and a project or business idea.
    • Gain in-depth knowledge of the specific features of digital media.
    • Organise all the stages of a design project from the concept up to the development and materialisation through the technical tools specific to the speciality.
    • Verify how the creation and strategic management of a quality graphic communication generate opportunities for companies, products or professionals.
    • Achieve high visibility on the Internet for business projects or ideas by means of user-friendly, functional and aesthetically appealing designs, with emphasis on information design, web positioning and 2.0 environment possibilities.
    • Encourage students to choose the less travelled and more innovative paths.
    • Reflect on the open debate between what is called “the transition from analogue to digital and vice versa”.
