One Year Courses taught in English run for one whole academic year and cover the areas of fashion design, interior & product design, graphic & digital design, 3d animation, advertising and marketing. One of the subjects is Spanish language, so you get to learn your chosen discipline and Spanish throughout the year. In addition, students who successfully complete these courses can opt to enrol in a two-month bridging course to gain direct access to the second year of our 3-year courses.

Summer courses taught in English run from June 29th to July 17th. They blend theorical and practical academic experiences plus a series of guided visits on the weekends to the city’s best museums. Madrid offers one of the most important museum itineraries in the world: the Prado Museum, the Reina Sofía Art Center and the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum. IED Madrid can arrange accommodation for students as an optional service.
